Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure timely completion within budget constraints. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaising with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedule and budget
  • Supervise and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, regulations, and codes
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, and provide regular project updates
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
  • Identify and resolve construction-related problems and conflicts

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • OSHA 30-Hour certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
