About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk professional to join our team at a long-stay hotel property in Doral. This role is ideal for candidates with prior hotel front desk or night audit experience who are looking for stable, full-time employment in a supportive environment.
As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, provide excellent customer service, and complete nightly audit procedures. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries
- Handle reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions
- Ensure accuracy in billing and reporting
- Maintain lobby and front desk area in a professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both daytime and overnight shifts
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems preferred
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
- Bilingual (English–Spanish) required — candidates must be able to communicate fluently with guests and team members in both languages.
Schedule: Full-Time (Guaranteed 40 hours per week)
