We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software
- Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other project documentation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with the design team to review blueprints and ensure accurate project specifications
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
Skills:
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Primavera) for project scheduling and coordination
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during construction

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
