Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in South Florida. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong track record in lease administration, financial oversight, tenant relations, and asset optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, asset plans, and property performance to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, mitigate risks, and resolve operational challenges.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgets, CAM reconciliations, and rent collection.
• Direct property inspections, CAPEX projects, and tenant improvements to maintain high standards.
• Manage service contracts and vendor performance for cost-effective operations.
• Provide analytical support and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Expertise in lease administration, budgeting, reporting, and tenant relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Strong CRE software proficiency and Microsoft Office skills.
• Proven success in managing multiple properties, delivering operational excellence, and maintaining high tenant satisfaction.
