We are an established law firm that specializes in resolving insurance, business, and commercial disputes. Our practice areas include premises liability, automobile liability, trucking and transportation, motor carrier and freight broker liability, personal injury protection, admiralty and maritime, negligent security, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, and carrier representation (including bad faith). As we grow our team, we are seeking an Attorney with bodily injury and/or general liability experience.

Who You Are:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Florida
- 3+ years of experience in bodily injury defense and/or general liability
- Strong understanding of medical records, including the ability to analyze and prepare medical chronologies
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
What You Will Be Doing?
- Independently manage a caseload of bodily injury defense/general liability matters
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis
- Take and defend depositions, including those of plaintiffs and medical providers
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence
- Review and analyze medical records, draft medical chronologies, and summarize treatment to support case evaluation and litigation strategy
- Collaborate closely with clients, adjusters, and other attorneys in the firm
