Are you an attorney who loves to meet with people but is tired of doing the work?
If you are at your best in the room with clients—building trust, leading conversations, and guiding decisions—but feel burned out by drafting, file management, and backend legal work, this role was built for you. This is not a traditional attorney position.
There is no drafting, no file management, and no billable hours. You will meet with families. Lead the conversation. Close premium estate planning engagements.
The Role As an Attorney Sales Person, you are the firm’s front for consultation.
You lead high-stakes estate planning consultations with warm, qualified prospects and guide them to the right strategy and into committed clients. You control the room, guide emotionally charged decisions, and move people from uncertainty to action.
You are not selling documents.
You are selling clarity, protection, and legacy.
Once the client decides to move forward with the type of legacy package, the legal team executes.
Compensation & Opportunity
- $120,000+ OTE [on target earnings]
- Bonus-driven compensation tied directly to closed revenue
- Warm inbound leads—no cold prospecting
- One focus: guide families, close sales, get paid, repeat
Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 OTE
Responsibilities:
You Will Do
- Run estate planning strategy consultations with pre-qualified inbound leads
- Establish authority and trust within the first minutes of every conversation
- Diagnose client needs and present estate planning solutions
- Confidently ask the potential client to move forward with their decision without firm and get the client onboarded
- Overcome objections with professionalism and precision
- Track pipeline, performance, and forecasts in HubSpot CRM
- Deliver clean, decisive handoffs to the legal production team
This Role Is NOT for Most Attorneys. Do NOT apply if:
- You want to draft documents or practice law traditionally
- You avoid money conversations or asking for the close
- You need hand-holding or constant supervision
- You are uncomfortable with metrics, accountability, or performance pressure
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Licensed attorney (Florida preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of estate planning concepts
- Exceptional communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills
- Comfort selling premium services priced in the thousands
