We're Hiring: Litigation Attorney - Insurance Coverage Practice (Miami, FL)
Are you an experienced litigator looking to join a dynamic insurance coverage team? We're seeking an Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to handle complex, high-value coverage litigation and market conduct matters across the U.S.
What You'll Do:
Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions
Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
Prepare interrogatories and document demands
Review documents for litigation readiness
Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations
What We're Looking For:
Admitted to practice in Florida
Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
Strong academic credentials (Law Review and/or Honors preferred)
Exceptional research and writing skills
