We are looking for a skilled Attorney/Lawyer to join our team on a contract to hire basis. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in litigation and a strong aptitude for legal research and writing. The position is based in Miami, Florida, but may offer remote work flexibility for the right candidate.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents, including briefs and memoranda, for federal court proceedings.

• Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to support ongoing litigation.

• Collaborate with other attorneys to prepare for court appearances, hearings, and trials.

• Review and interpret legal documents to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Develop arguments and strategies for litigation cases by synthesizing research findings and case law.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism while adhering to deadlines and managing multiple cases concurrently.

• Effectively communicate findings and legal opinions to clients and team members.

• Accept and incorporate constructive feedback to continually improve the quality of legal work.

• Stay current with changes in laws and regulations relevant to commercial litigation and federal court practices.

• Active license to practice law, in good standing, within the state of Florida.

• Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience specializing in litigation, with a strong focus on federal court cases.

• Proven expertise in legal research and writing, with a track record of producing accurate and persuasive legal documents.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues with precision.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present arguments clearly and concisely.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with commercial litigation processes and federal court procedures.

• Willingness to accept constructive criticism to enhance the quality of legal work.
