Superintendent - Multifamily
Position Overview
The Superintendent - Multifamily will oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of multifamily construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with plans
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers
- Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of ground up wood frame construction and elevated concrete.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Experience with project management software and tools
