Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Team Member to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Verify insurance benefits and collect payments

• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Coordinate with clinical staff to manage patient flow

• Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area

Qualifications

• Prior dental front desk experience preferred

• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Good computer and dental software skills.

• Friendly, professional, and dependable
