This is an excellent opportunity for a civil litigation associate looking to grow in a collaborative, high-caliber environment while working alongside leading practitioners in admiralty and maritime law.
Practice Overview
The firm’s practice includes comprehensive representation in admiralty and maritime matters, including:
- Civil trial practice
- Arbitration
- Appeals in state and federal courts
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2+years of civil litigation experience
- Insurance defense experience preferred
- Maritime law experience is highly desired
- Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials
