Assistant Rental/Yard Coordinator (Heavy Equipment & Light Construction Equipment)

South Florida Caterpillar dealer seeking an Assistant Rental/Yard Coordinator for the heavy construction equipment and light construction equipment lines.

To be qualified, the ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills are a must. Knowledge of the

construction industry and associated equipment is required.

Responsibilities will include-Assisting the Rental Coordinator, processing of rental transactions, invoicing, inventory control, yard organization, answer phones and work well with customers. Maintain and scan inventory of all equipment and attachments while keeping yard organized. Operate equipment and move to their designated area. Must have a valid Florida driver license with a clean driving record. 2-3 years of Rental industry or similar experience preferred.
