Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Customer Service Professional located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves managing patient inquiries about diabetic supplies, particularly Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), and ensuring they receive up-to-date and streamlined service. Responsibilities include supporting healthcare providers in assessing patient eligibility, addressing patient concerns, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicine and Treatment processes
• Experience in Cardiology, Neurology, or Orthopedic Surgery a huge plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL
• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
