Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time contract opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support K-12 students in Southeast Floridas public schools. The position spans from January 5, 2026, to June 2, 2026, serving multiple campuses including elementary and middle schools. The role is ideal for professionals with active Florida Department of Health (DOH) licensure in School Psychology who are eager to contribute to the academic and emotional well-being of students.
Location: Southeast Florida Coast
Duration: January 5, 2026 June 2, 2026
Hours: 35 hours per week, full-time
Caseload: Serving three schools, likely including Westwood Elementary, PreK programs, and Northport K8
Discipline: School Psychologist
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and testing to evaluate student needs
- Participating in meetings with educators, parents, and support teams to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Providing counseling services to support students mental health and academic success
- Maintaining up-to-date records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborating with school staff to create supportive educational environments
Qualifications:
- Active Florida School Psychologist licensure through the Department of Health
- Experience with K-12 age groups preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and educational collaboration
- Ability to comply with contract terms (strictly on-site, not hybrid or remote)
- 0+ years of relevant school psychology experience
