Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Access Suite Ambassador within Bal Harbour Shops. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our exclusive Access program suite, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our valued members. As this is a retail environment, peak business hours may require that the incumbent work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a promoter and subject matter expert of the Access reward program.
  • Provide information on features and amenities related to Bal Harbour Shops.
  • Promote membership activations and assist with new members with registration process.
  • Foster strong relationships with Access reward program members, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
  • Ensure the lounge meets high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and ambiance.
  • Support rapid issue resolution, seeking first to directly resolve concerns, and as necessary, escalating concerns to senior team members.
  • Maintain inventory of promotional materials.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to increase member satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in hosting special events within the lounge to celebrate milestones and engage members.
  • Collaborate with BHS Marketing Team to promote events and drive attendance.
  • Collaborate with Personal Shopper(s) to create an elevated and memorable experience for our guests.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and facilities management, to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Minimum of a year of related experience in luxury retail, hospitality management, or lounge environments.
  • Demonstrated success in providing excellent customer service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Physical Requirements

Position requires extended periods of standing. Must also have the ability to speak, hear, walk, bend, balance, squat, stoop, kneel, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
