Job DescriptionPosition Overview
This is a unique opportunity to join a boutique facial plastics practice with a focused emphasis on cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. You will work closely with Dr. Kim Patrick Murray, assisting in rhinoplasty procedures and playing a key role in delivering an exceptional perioperative patient experience from consultation through recovery.
The position includes a two-part interview process and evaluation period.

Dr. Kim Patrick Murray’s Office / Miami Sunset Surgery Center
Kendall, Florida
Language Requirement:
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Core Responsibilities

Pre-operative patient preparation and education

Intra- and post-operative patient support and guidance

EMR documentation and clinical note-taking

Prescription coordination

Surgical instrument care and maintenance

Organization and management of clinical photography and video
Surgical Exposure & Skill Development
You should enjoy surgery and feel comfortable in the operating room environment. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail are important. No prior surgical experience is required—Dr. Murray will personally train you in all required surgical and procedural skills.
Content Creation & Media
Ideal candidates are social-media savvy and enthusiastic about assisting the team in creating high-quality photo and video content within an aesthetic medical setting. Experience with photography, videography, or social media is a strong plus. Applicants are encouraged to share examples of previously created content if available.
Future Growth Opportunities
For motivated individuals, there is meaningful long-term growth potential. Once the role is well established, an opportunity may exist to develop an independent facial cosmetic injectable practice (neuromodulators and dermal fillers), overseen by Dr. Kim Patrick Murray.
