Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Management: Exuding professionalism by warmly welcoming clients and visitors and adeptly directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Communication Mastery: Managing inbound phone calls, emails, and inquiries with precision, providing accurate and timely information to the designated contacts.
  • Administrative Finesse: Executing various administrative tasks, including meticulous data entry, organized filing, and maintaining an immaculate front desk area.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborating seamlessly with diverse departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination of client-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client coordination, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
