About the Role
We are hiring a Director of Growth & Medical Partnerships to lead marketing, user acquisition, and strategic relationships for a confidential new consumer mobile app in the health space.
This is not a traditional marketing rolewe need a strategic executor who deeply understands how to drive mobile app installs at scale, while also navigating the trust, sensitivity, and compliance demands of the healthcare and wellness space.
Youll own relationships with medical providers, develop acquisition strategies, shape the billing model, and ensure we launch with both integrity and reach. You'll report directly to the executive team and help define the public face and growth trajectory of the product.
What Youll Own
App Growth & Acquisition
- Develop and execute a mobile app growth strategy focused on high-volume, high-quality installs
- Run install campaigns across digital channels (Apple/Google Ads, Meta, influencers, affiliate, etc.)
- Analyze performance across cohorts to refine targeting, creative, and lifecycle marketing
- Build and optimize app store presence, onboarding flows, and conversion points
Medical & Provider Relationships
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with clinics, healthcare providers, wellness institutions
- Design referral, co-promotion, and onboarding programs with medical professionals
- Ensure all touchpoints comply withHIPAA and other relevant health data frameworks
Billing & Monetization Strategy
- Help design a billing model that works for both users and medical partners
- Test user willingness to pay, partnership-driven pricing, or reimbursement-aligned options
- Partner with finance and product to launch viable, scalable monetization flows
Brand & Experience
- Shape the apps public-facing brand, messaging, and trust layer
- Collaborate with UX and product teams to ensure users feel safe, supported, and understood
- Own key copy across acquisition flows, landing pages, and onboarding experience
What You Bring
- 3+ years in marketing, growth, or user acquisition for mobile apps
- Proven track record of driving app installs, retention, and funnel optimization
- Experience partnering with or marketing tohealthcare providers or regulated spaces or related experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA, privacy regulations, and sensitive data handling
- Strategic and execution-orientedcan lead, but also ship
- Ability to build from zero with minimal structure in a fast-moving environment
- Bonus: experience with consumer wellness, telemedicine, insurance, or medical SaaS
