Job DescriptionAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled European Specialty Automotive Shop Foreman, Master Technician to join our team at GCD. If you are passionate about European cars and have a strong background in automotive repair, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the automotive shop
• Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues on European specialty vehicles
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Master Technician with a focus on European vehicles
• ASE certification and/or factory training from European automotive manufacturers
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
