This position requires local residency (non-remote) and a strong working knowledge of local electrical codes and regulatory requirements.
What Youll Do
- Prepare accurate electrical estimates for residential new construction projects
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Perform takeoffs and develop competitive pricing
- Coordinate with project managers, builders, and internal teams
- Track revisions, change orders, and bid updates
- Support pre-construction planning and budgeting efforts
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator (new construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Estimating software experience is a plus
