Previous call center experience and tractor/construction equipment knowledge are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Complete extensive training regarding the product line.
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new product makes and models.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Call, follow up, and follow through with customers to set appointments.
- Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, and other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
- Support online customers through our eSales office.
- Work with customers in person.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Must be willing to commute.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with phones or telemarketing experience in the following fields: business development and customer service.
- Previous experience with the process of the scripts, power tracks, and alternative choices.
- Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential client/customer.
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record.
- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships. (i.e., a “people person")
- First-class verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills including the ability to initiate dialogue with BDC Manager and communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Organized, multi-tasked, and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
- High personal achievement standards.
- Professional Appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
