Pay Rate: $22–$26/hour (based on experience)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Billing Cancellations Clerk to join our team onsite in Palm Beach Gardens. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive warranty billing and cancellations who thrives in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process warranty cancellations and billing adjustments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and verify warranty claims and documentation for compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies.
- Communicate with service departments, finance teams, and manufacturers to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is filed.
- Reconcile warranty receivables and follow up on outstanding credits or payments.
- Assist with audits and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warranty billing and cancellations is required—preferably in an automotive dealership or service environment.
- Strong understanding of warranty processes and manufacturer guidelines.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
