Job Description
Join our team as an assembler in a dynamic production environment where you will engage in continuous production activities. This role requires a mechanical assembly aptitude, a high degree of eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and the use of both hands and arms on a repetitive basis for a full range of motion. Constant attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
Responsibilities
- Utilize simple material handling equipment, hand tools, and air-impact tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches.
- Perform basic and precision subassemblies at various stages throughout the assembly process.
- Conduct visual and mechanical inspections using simple gauges and measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and resistance meters.
- Pack finished products into cardboard boxes for shipment.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Capability to follow standard work including specific written instructions and procedures.
- Basic math skills and mechanical inclination.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience with hand and power tools.
- Candidates with electrical or mechanical trade school education may also be considered.

Work Environment
Enjoy an air-conditioned work environment with shifts available: 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm and 2nd shift from 4:30 pm to 1 am. The role involves standing at a bench setup.

This is a Contract position based out of West Palm Beach, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
