Are You a Licensed CAM Seeking a Supportive and Rewarding Career?

Let’s face it: managing homeowner associations in Florida has never been tougher. Legislative changes, administrative burdens, and challenging homeowner interactions can easily lead to burnout. At Superior Association Management, we understand these pressures firsthand—and we’ve built a different kind of boutique firm specifically designed to support our managers. We believe that taking care of you allows you to provide superior service to our clients.

With over 30 years of local experience, we’re a tight-knit team of professionals committed to excellence, mutual respect, and your well-being. Join us to build a sustainable, rewarding career where you’ll never manage more than five associations and where your contributions are valued every day.

Your Role (What You'll Do):

As a Portfolio Community Association Manager, you'll become a trusted advisor to each community’s Board of Directors. You’ll:

  • Guide Boards in compliance with Florida Statutes and HOA governing documents.
  • Deliver superior, personalized client service.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including site inspections, maintenance oversight, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare for and attend Board meetings, providing clear agendas and supporting materials.
  • Oversee budgets, financial statements, and invoice management.
  • Act as the primary contact for homeowner concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.

Your Qualifications (What You'll Bring):

  • Valid Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license.
  • At least 2-3 years of community association management experience (HOAs preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and HOA management software (Enumerate/TOPS preferred).

We invest in our employees’ success and well-being. Here’s what we offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $68,000 - $82,000, based on your experience.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; generous PTO and paid holidays.
  • Professional Development: Fully paid CAM license renewals, CAI memberships, and support for industry certifications (CMCA, AMS, PCAM).
  • Work-Life Balance: Manageable workloads, administrative support, and a collaborative, respectful environment.
  • Specialized Training: Conflict-resolution training, empowering you to handle tough situations confidently.
