Location: Fort Myers
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7a-5p
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for a 5-year-old pediatric patient who requires total assistance. Patient Care Needs:
-
Total assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs)
-
G-tube feeding and medication administration
-
Incontinence care
-
Monitoring for changes in condition and communicating with the healthcare team and family

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
-
Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) year
- Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
- In compliance with state and Federal regulations
- CPR
- Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
- TB test showing a negative result
