Job Title: Experienced Construction General Laborer

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Construction General Laborer with experience in demolition, concrete work, and the use of power tools. The ideal candidate is physically fit, hardworking, and comfortable working in all weather conditions. This role plays a key part in supporting various phases of construction projects including site preparation, building, and cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of physical labor tasks on construction sites including demolition, concrete placement, and general site cleanup.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively (e.g., drills, saws, jackhammers, grinders).
• Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with other crew members.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and hazards.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
• Adhere to all company and OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of general construction experience.
• Familiarity with power tools and safe operating practices.
• Experience with demolition and concrete work is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and varying environments.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus but not required
• Experience operating small equipment and forklift is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Position Type: Full Time Temp to Perm

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 depending on job

Schedule: 6/8am to 3/5pm Start and end times may vary with job
