Job Title: Quality Technician (2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts Available)

Location: Lake Mary and Longwood Florida

Shifts:

· 12-hour shift (6-6) AM/PM

· Rotate every other weekend

Our client is a fast-growing beverage and dietary supplements manufacturer, certified to FSSC 22000, a globally recognized food safety certification. Our team is committed to producing safe, high-quality products while maintaining world-class standards. We are looking for motivated Quality Technicians to join us and support our expanding operations.

Position Summary The Quality Technician plays a key role in verifying product quality and compliance with customer, company, and regulatory standards. This position involves routine laboratory testing, in-process checks, and close interaction with production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct quality inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products.

· Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment; assist with troubleshooting when needed.

· Document all results accurately in compliance with FSSC 22000 and cGMP requirements.

· Communicate off-spec results promptly to QA leadership and production for corrective action.

· Support investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.

· Follow company hygiene, safety, and food safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

· Prior experience in food, beverage, or dietary supplements cGMP-regulated environment required.

· Technical training, associate’s degree, or university coursework in food science, chemistry, microbiology, or related field preferred.

· Familiarity with laboratory testing and instrumentation is strongly preferred.

· Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.

· Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently on assigned shift.
