Position: Store Supervisor

Requirements:

  • 2 Years experience working for a Packaging and Shipping Store (required)
  • Proven experience in retail, customer service, or team management (required)
  • Associate Degree (preferred)
  • POS Software proficiency (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with coffee shop is a plus
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across coffee and shipping services
  • Lead and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Handle scheduling, training, and performance management for team members
  • Maintain inventory levels for both coffee and shipping supplies, placing orders as needed
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions promptly and professionally
  • Ensure adherence to store policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
  • Monitor sales performance and work with leadership to identify growth opportunities
