Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (Florida license required; NC/VA eligibility supported).
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Strong data collection, analysis, and treatment planning skills.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and lead with purpose.
- A growth mindset and passion for making an impact at both the individual and community level.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions that transform client outcomes.
- Mentor and supervise RBTs and student analysts, shaping the next generation of professionals.
- Partner with families, caregivers, schools, and physicians to ensure wraparound support.
- Engage in organizational consulting and school-based trainings through our community partnerships.
- Contribute to program development and expansion as we grow across multiple states.
