Pay Range: $28.00-$38.00 an hour, based on experience and credentials

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Lead Installer to oversee and execute high-quality installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role requires leadership, strong technical expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will lead a small crew, ensure work meets or exceeds code, and train junior installers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior installers
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensure installations comply with all local codes and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers and customers on-site
- Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork promptly
- Deliver an excellent customer experience on every job
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience, with leadership responsibilities
- EPA Universal certification (required); N.A.T.E. certification (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and motivate team members
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
