As part of this role, you will:

• Assist EHR Manager with day-to-day operations and onsite support of clinical staff
• Track quality measures and analyze workflow
• Serve as the go-to person for Practice Management questions and reporting needs

What you need to bring to this role:

• Education must be one of the following
  
  • Active MA/LPN/RN with 2+ years' experience working clinically required
    
• 2+ years' experience as an EHR end-user required
• 2+ years' experience with in/formal training and support preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Valid driver license required with the ability to move between sites as needed to oversee, observe, and monitor operations
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively interact with others in stressful situations
• Tech savviness and comfortable with technology
• Detail oriented with an organized mind-set
• Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
• Pride in the job you do and the image you present to others
• A positive can-do attitude
