We are seeking a Store Manager For Cycling Boutique to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Track sales performance and implement improvements to meet business goals.
Social Media & Marketing
- Oversee the store’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content showcasing products, promotions, and in-store events.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the cycling community online.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Brand Ambassadors & Community Engagement
- Identify and build relationships with local riders and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate ambassador partnerships, ensuring they align with brand values.
- Organize and promote in-store events, group rides, and workshops.
- Engage with the local cycling community to boost brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Retail management experience (bike industry preferred but not required).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Experience managing social media for a business.
- Ability to analyze sales data and manage inventory effectively.
- Experience working with brand ambassadors or community partnerships is a plus.
