· Provide advanced secretarial and administrative support to administration, attorneys and paralegals.
· Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings and travel arrangements.
· Assist in the preparation, organization, and processing of legal documents related to closings.
· Review and assist with billing processes and time entry.
· Handle mail, phone calls, expense reports, and vendor/client communications.
· Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
· Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other third parties.
