Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Legal Assistant in Tampa to join a collaborative legal team supporting corporate and tax attorneys in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong transactional experience and a passion for client service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support attorneys with corporate and tax transactional matters

  • Manage documents, filings, and correspondence

  • Coordinate schedules and deadlines

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and internal teams

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of recent corporate transactional experience

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Experience with document management systems (a plus)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
