Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Legal Assistant in Tampa to join a collaborative legal team supporting corporate and tax attorneys in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong transactional experience and a passion for client service.
What You’ll Do:

Support attorneys with corporate and tax transactional matters

Manage documents, filings, and correspondence

Coordinate schedules and deadlines

Deliver exceptional service to clients and internal teams
What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of recent corporate transactional experience

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience with document management systems (a plus)

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
