Job Summary
The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on mill machines and other equipment throughout the facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with strong mechanical skills and at least 1 year of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mill machines and production equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct minor repairs as needed.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain accurate maintenance records.

Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working on machinery in a manufacturing or metalworking environment.

Familiarity with mill machines and mechanical systems.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Basic understanding of safety procedures and tools.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

Work in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.

7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
