Position: PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Home Health Visits) Rates: $110 per evaluation | $95 per follow-up visit
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN SLP to provide speech-language therapy to patients in their homes. Flexible schedule with competitive pay per visit.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations in patients' homes.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
</li>
<li>
Provide follow-up therapy sessions as needed.
</li>
<li>
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

<li>
Communicate with interdisciplinary care team as appropriate.
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

Valid SLP license in Florida.
</li>
<li>
Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred.
</li>
<li>
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
</li>
<li>
Reliable transportation for home visits.
</li>
