Randall Construction is currently seeking a skilled Bilingual Mechanical Foreman for our Plumbing and HVAC division to work on projects throughout Central Florida from our Apopka, FL headquarters and production facility.


Position Summary

As our Mechanical Foreman, your daily responsibilities will include supervising skilled trade crews and labor, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and timelines. You’ll also be responsible for conducting safety oversight, inspecting completed work, and coordinating with site managers and other trade foremen. You will review technical drawings, monitor onsite material usage, and help resolve onsite issues as they arise. Effective oversight and strong organization are key to keeping projects progressing smoothly and maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience Required

  • 8+ years of experience in HVAC / ductwork or plumbing / piping trades with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) skills are a must have.


Essential Functions / Qualifications

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of skilled tradespeople in the installation of mechanical systems.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure work is performed according to design and safety standards.
  • Allocate resources, including manpower, tools, and materials, to various projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with industry standards, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or defects.
  • Work with project managers, superintendents, and clients to discuss project objectives, progress, and any issues that arise during the execution phase.
  • Implement safety protocols and conduct safety oversight to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, workforce productivity, and resource utilization to leadership.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Can work well under pressure/deadlines
  • Proficient with computers
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam, and project management software

Physical Requirements

This is primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective equipment.
