Peer Landscaping is seeking an experienced and dedicated Pest Control and Lawn Fertilization Technician to join our growing team in Fort Myers.

Our ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and genuinely cares about the customers they serve. This role includes identifying and eliminating pests, providing lawn fertilization services, and promoting additional services to both residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough property inspections to determine appropriate treatments
• Apply pest control treatments and lawn care solutions
• Provide professional lawn fertilization and ongoing maintenance
• Educate clients on best practices for pest prevention and lawn health
• Promote and sell additional services to existing and prospective customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior experience in pest control and/or lawn care
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Sales ability to grow your route and maximize client value
