Are you a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years’ experience looking for a challenge at a National Firm for their West Palm Beach office? I would like to hear from you.

Duties:

• Attention to detail as well as critical thinking.
• Proactively supports attorneys.
• Sense of urgency and effectively prioritizes work.
• Knowledge of eDiscovery software to organize data for document production request.
• Edits and proofreads documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable federal and state statutes and local rules.
• Files documents with the courts electronically.
• Experience and knowledge with state and federal processes.
• Proactively monitors deadlines &.manages and monitors cases, notifying attorney of actions needed.
• Clearly communicates in a concise, professional manner.
• Drafts documents and filings.
• Assists in deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Strong working knowledge in the application of Microsoft Office programs.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Manage multiple projects at the same time
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ of related experience in a law firm or legal setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with eDiscovery software – Relativity and Trial Director required.
• Proficient command of the English language and standard grammar rules.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
