We are seeking a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nail care and beauty services, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments while ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our clients.
This is a commission-based position only.
Responsibilities
- Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
- Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting nail colors that complement their style.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty services to provide clients with innovative options.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that align with client needs and preferences, utilizing retail math skills as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded during each appointment.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida nail technician license as required by state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service principles.
- Minimum 3 years experience. Experience with Nexgen Dip Powder, Acrylics, Gel and Liquid gel, as well as all pedicures and nail art.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their preferences.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
