We’re looking for a Lead Data Analyst who brings technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for working with large-scale data to deliver actionable insights that fuel growth and elevate customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex data analysis using Python (Pandas, Matplotlib) and SQL
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to support the development of ML models (e.g., churn, propensity to buy)
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers on predictive modeling and data product initiatives
• Leverage BigQuery (Google Cloud) and large-scale data warehouse systems
• Build compelling dashboards and visualizations with Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI
• Translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Drive strategic recommendations to improve revenue, reduce cost, and mitigate risks

Requirements:

• 7+ years in data analytics with strong technical and business-facing experience

Skills:

• Advanced Python and SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and cloud environments
• Strong background in statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Excellent communication skills – able to work cross-functionally with stakeholders
• Experience in visual storytelling through data

Nice-to-haves:

• Business Analysis experience
• Exposure to Generative AI tools for code generation or data processing
• Familiarity with GitHub or other version control tools
