Job Title: SPED IEP Manager
Position: Full-Time, Onsite
Dates:December End of School Year
Hours: 40 hours/week

Overview:
We're seeking a full-time IEP Manager to support students at a local school district. This role manages all components of the IEP process.The position also provides instructional support as a permanent substitute teacher when needed and assists with general school administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all IEPs and ensure compliance

• Facilitate IEP meetings and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams

• Monitor student progress and ensure proper implementation of accommodations and goals

• Serve as asubstitute teacher as needed

• Support school-wide administrative tasks

• Foster a supportive, collaborative environment for students and staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (Masters preferred)

• Valid Florida Educator Certificate in ESE (or eligibility)

• Completion of Department of Children & Families Child Care Training

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a leadership or coordinator role
