What You’ll Do
As the Multifamily Superintendent, you’ll lead field operations for ground-up apartment and mixed‑use developments across the region, ensuring top-quality delivery, strong subcontractor performance, and safe, efficient job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations on new multifamily developments
- Manage subcontractors, safety, inspections, and quality control
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestones
- Foster collaboration with Project Management and Ownership teams
- Help build and mentor a strong local field team
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent on multifamily projects
✔ Wood‑frame construction experience (highly preferred)
✔ Strong sequencing, scheduling, and MEP coordination skills
✔ Leadership style that values teamwork, communication, and accountability
✔ Desire to be part of a long-term, local Tampa Bay team
