HVAC Technician – Commercial Property (Palm Beach Gardens, FL)
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (near PGA Blvd & I-95)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Blue Collar Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support daily operations at a large commercial property in Palm Beach Gardens. This is a full-time, long-term position with a reputable facility management team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including filters, belts, lubricants, and drain lines.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues efficiently.
- Assist with delivery, installation, and setup of new HVAC units.
- Rebuild pans and install new coils as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records using an iPad or computer.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- Valid driver’s license not required.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
