Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' health condition and needs
- Administer medications and treatments according to physicians orders
- Monitor patients conditions and progress and report any changes
- Instruct patients and their families in proper care
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of Florida
- Required 1+ yeas of experience as an LPN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology and equipment
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
