This full time opportunity for a general dentist is available at our partnered practice in Port Charlotte, Florida.

What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive general and advanced dentistry, including crowns, bridges, implants (placement and restoration), basic endodontics, surgical extractions/grafting, and cosmetic procedures.
- Lead treatment planning, case management, and patient education with a focus on high-quality, patientcentered care.
- Mentor hygienists and support staff; contribute to staff training and clinical standards.
- Collaborate on implementing business strategy, clinical protocols, and growth initiatives.
- Participate in practice improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Current unrestricted license to practice in Florida in good standing
- New grads welcome to apply but must have a growth mindset and a willingness to be mentored.
- Proficient in digital dentistry (CBCT imaging, digital scanning technologies), simple to moderate implant cases, cosmetics, and restorative treatments.
- Demonstrated capability to build patient rapport, manage treatment expectations, and maintain strong clinical outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with office management and clinical staff toward shared goals.

Schedule:
- Full-time, typically MondayFriday (with option of half-day Friday). No weekend scheduling unless preferred.
