This full time opportunity for a general dentist is available at our partnered practice in Port Charlotte, Florida.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive general and advanced dentistry, including crowns, bridges, implants (placement and restoration), basic endodontics, surgical extractions/grafting, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Lead treatment planning, case management, and patient education with a focus on high-quality, patientcentered care.
  • Mentor hygienists and support staff; contribute to staff training and clinical standards.
  • Collaborate on implementing business strategy, clinical protocols, and growth initiatives.
  • Participate in practice improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
  • Current unrestricted license to practice in Florida in good standing
  • New grads welcome to apply but must have a growth mindset and a willingness to be mentored.
  • Proficient in digital dentistry (CBCT imaging, digital scanning technologies), simple to moderate implant cases, cosmetics, and restorative treatments.
  • Demonstrated capability to build patient rapport, manage treatment expectations, and maintain strong clinical outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with office management and clinical staff toward shared goals.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, typically MondayFriday (with option of half-day Friday). No weekend scheduling unless preferred.
