COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER - FULL TIME

Manage Portfolio of Commercial Properties, including Commercial Condominium Property Owners’ Associations - Locations in Palm Beach County from Boca Raton to Jupiter.

Qualifications

  • Valid Florida Driver’s License with Proof of Auto Insurance
  • Valid Florida LCAM License – Not Required but a plus
  • Drug free Workplace; Must complete Background Check.
  • Minimum of 5 year’s Property Management experience, preferably with Commercial buildings.
  • Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Requirements

  • Excellent management, supervisory and communication skills required to deal effectively with Board of Directors, Owners/Tenants, Vendors, Legal, and other Professionals.
  • Strong computer skills including Word & Excel; as well as strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Advanced business understanding and familiarity with Financial Statements.
  • Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with Maintenance Staff, Vendors and Contractors.
  • Follow Company Policies and Procedures with respect to all Management Contracts.
  • Solicit Bids for Contracts and any large improvements or special projects.
  • Supervise maintenance and janitorial functions, ensuring safe and timely completion.
  • Ensure that grounds and common-areas are fully operational, safe, clean and attractive.
  • Understanding of Association Documents Bylaws/Rules & Regulations.
  • Review monthly financial data in accordance with budgeted guidelines and prepare monthly narrative report.
  • Detect and monitor potential liability risks and follow safety procedures. Follow established procedures in handling property loss, general liability claims and any on-site employee injuries.
  • Familiarity with Commercial Insurance Policies and Annual Renewals of policies.
  • Attend Association Board Meetings and prepare materials for Boards/Owners when necessary.
  • Position will require use of employee’s own vehicle for property related activities and inspections.
  • Responsible for After-Hours Emergency Calls; ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Ability to represent and implement Management’s company standards of ethics, integrity and high standards for quality workmanship.
