YOUR TYPICAL DAY
As a Maintenance Technician at the enchanting Enclave at Lake Underhill Apartments, you're always in action mode. You deftly respond to maintenance requests, showcasing your problem-solving superpowers by fixing issues before residents even notice. Your toolkit is like a trusty sidekick, helping you conquer HVAC challenges and restore electrical harmony with ease.
Throughout the day, you ensure the grounds look impeccable, the common areas shine, and the vacant units are move-in ready. But, it's not just about the technical feats. You're also the reassuring presence during emergencies, swooping in like a guardian to save the day. Your communication skills shine as you explain complex technical details in simple terms, leaving residents informed and impressed. By day's end, you've woven a tapestry of excellence, leaving a trail of satisfied residents and pristine spaces in your wake.
THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

- Previous maintenance experience

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
Your maintenance adventure will unfold in the heart of Brandon, FL. This full-time role usually keeps you busy Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday missions. Plus, you'll rotate on-call for those rare but crucial maintenance emergencies.
