We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our restaurants operating safely, efficiently, and smoothly.


Position Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep across multiple restaurant locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, a working knowledge of building systems, and the flexibility to handle urgent service needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment and building systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and basic carpentry tasks.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance requests and service calls across all 21 restaurant locations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
  • Complete maintenance logs, service reports, and work order documentation accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in planning and implementing facility improvement projects.
  • Maintain tools and equipment.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in facility, commercial, or restaurant maintenance preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair practices.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions independently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to travel between multiple restaurant locations daily.

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Must be available for occasional nights, weekends, or emergency calls as needed
