<p>This is a full-time role for a First Year Associate / Recent Law School Graduate who is sitting for the July 2025 Florida Bar Exam.</p>
<p>Candidate should be in Broward County, have reliable transportation, be familiar with discovery, and be hungry to litigate in Federal Court (99% of our cases are litigated at the Federal level).</p>
<p>Labor &amp; Employment Law Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for litigating cases in federal court on behalf of employees/plaintiffs. The day-to-day tasks include all aspects of federal litigation.</p>
<p>Qualifications</p>

<li>Proficiency in legal research and writing</li>
<li>Proficiency in technology and computers</li>
<li>Ability to draft motions and pleadings</li>
<li>Work independently and without supervision</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases</li>
<li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school</li>
<li>Active membership and good standing (or membership pending) with the Florida Bar</li>
